Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

1.       Deliver right brand message /image in channels’ touch point: JD/FGS/TDI/KL

2.       Manage online CSR & PC script/training material and improve service conversion

3.     Accumulate/analyze brand consumer assets(人群资产) & deepen consumer relationship with brand via channel touch point

4.     Drive brand exposure & maximize TA reach via channel activation

-          Translate brand campaign into channel activation in both online, E.G. customer festival, brand day etc.

5.     Co-work with in-site media team to find right brand TA in channel touch point, test brand message and continuous improve ROI

6.     ANP management/planning

-          ANP management by following internal process

Spending A&P tracking & project ROI optimization

Qualifications:

Functional Competencies

1.       Solid experience in EC Marketing

2.       Learning agility

3.     Brand sense, able to land brand msg into consumer/channel msg

·      Education and Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree or above at least 3-4 years working experience

·       At least 1-2 years in EC Marketing

·       Interested in brand building/marketing

 

·      Specific Knowledge

·       Strong analytical skills and ownership with business acumen

·       Number sensitive

 

·      General skills

·       Fluent spoken & written in English and Mandarin

·       Good skill in MS office, excel, PPT, word…

·       Good communication & interpersonal skill
