Job Description & Responsbilities


·       We are looking for an operation manager for a branded service platform to develop and implement data-driven consumer engagement strategies that will foster brand and business growth. 


In this role, you will coordinate with internal and external partners to design and implement digital service platform strategy. We will also need to operate the platform with consumer-centric and data-driven capabilities, increase consumer engagement rate, revisit rate and share rate.  To be successful in this position, you should have good insight on mums’ parenting needs, solid experience with social marketing, digital engagement, community management and strong project management skill. You should also be able to identify new digital interaction trend and proactively embed it into your work. 



Education and Experience

l  University graduate major in business administration, marketing and related fields

l  At least 5 years’ above experience digital product operation or social CRM mini program operation

l  Solid knowledge and experience with digital ecosystem, especially WeChat

l  Working experience in those company/agency with good CRM cases(like NIKE sports, NIO carare highly preferred.
