About the Job
Job Description & Responsbilities
· Define sourcing strategy based on business needs and sourcing tools, optimize current sourcing and material management process.
· Manage primary package supplier relationship (SRM) to build strategic partner relationship for sustainable support: Regular Business reviews, Supplier evaluation campaigns, etc.
· Monitor and drive supplier performance improvement across quality，supply and service and ensure improvement action plans are in place and progressing for your scoped suppliers through x-function/site cooperation and global alignment.
· Drive productivities, cash improvement and create value in category to fuel business growth through internal (cross functions stakeholders, site users and global wise) and external collaboration.
· Lead category decarbonization program via driving supplier portfolio optimization following company sustainability vision.
· Ensure category compliance to fundamentals (Sedex, Contracts, BCP, SOP etc.).
