v Support the group leader to execute the SP(service provider)management:
- Digitalize SP operation foundation
- Driving SP service quality improvement
- Establish an efficient business corporation model with ELN
- Cross functional cooperation with sales, regarding SP sales development
Key Responsibility & Description (tasks)
1. SP Fundamental efficiency
KPI:
· SP Inv. balance variance < 20%; VMI follow rate >90%
· Data accuracy & timely 100%
· Expenses no history issue
2. New model development
KPI:
· Leverage SP capability to build new model and new category
3. SP operation
KPI:
· Monthly scorecard review with SP and tracking action plan
· Deploy channel activity & control prepaid expenses

More than 3 year experience in FMCG
Education: Degree level
Ø Specific Knowledge
Knowledge of selling & Negotiation skills
Ø General skills
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
