Cycle & Procurement Manager Energy & Centralized Manufacturing
Job Mission:
Develop and provide excellent Energy & Manufacturing service sourcing strategy for Danone China.
Seek cost reduction sourcing opportunity exposure to multiple Danone China business units and sub-functions with cross CBU function owners.
Main Responsibilities:
Category Sourcing Strategy & Implementation
· Define an integrated sourcing strategy based on business needs and sourcing tools, and excellent execution
· Manage supplier performance with x-function collaboration
· Manage supplier relationship to provide sustainable support to business
Efficient Sourcing Driving
· Accountable for category sourcing process optimization to provide efficient support to business
· Generate productivities and/or create value in the category to fuel business growth through internal and external collaboration
Category Sourcing Risk Management
· Identify key risks in Energy & Manufacturing category sourcing and define risk migration plan and/or BCP with user department and other related functions
· Drive excellent execution in risk migration plan and/or BCP
· Drive supplier generate breakthrough idea to support sustainability strategy
· Drive supplier CSR management to reduce social risk

Requirements:
· Bachelor degree with at least 5-year working experience of industry service/Energy/Capex sourcing in international companies
· Capability on project management
· Experienced in sourcing strategy development/implementation, supplier management and demand management
· Strategic thinking and strong project leadership/management skills
· Embrace innovative ideas and eager to drive changes
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Capable of building, growing and maintaining smooth cooperation relationship with key stakeholders to deliver objectives
· Self-motivated
· Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
· Skillful with all relevant Microsoft applications, SAP, etc
