1.Account sales planning

l  Help setting overall sales plan for account to achieve sustainable growth

Engage JD distribution  platforms distribution business, be a pioneer brand in relevant category.

2. Account Execution Efficiency Improvement

l  Work with distributor team to align guideline and action plan

Routine tracking with each business KPI and push biz within healthy trend

3. Cross Functional Cooperation

 

 Closely work with cross function team, including TMKT, OP team, marketing, etc. Bring business insights and requests to cross functions, get supports and deliver result.

4. Other Works by Hierarchy

 

Finish other works assigned by Strategy head timely and efficiently

Functional:

·       Sales/Account related experience from leading FMCG companies;

 

·       Good at trade marketing, trade activity design and management;

 

·       Good at dealer/partner communication and management;

 

·       Analytical skill and business planning: ability to sort out complicated information and develop strategies;

 

·       Understanding of customer and trade evolvement;

Education and Experience

l  Bachelor or above degree

l  4+ years of successful experience in sales and business development from leading companies

l  Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

l  Good market sense and good selling skill

l  Consumer goods and baby industry knowledge is preferred
