Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

Take major business strategic planning role and lead the team to achieve sales target in both topline and bottom line thru effective channel investment

Lead promotion planning, execution tracking & follow-ups

Working closely with cross team identify business opportunities and re-solving business issues

Continuously improve investment efficiency & account PNL mainly focus on trade spending part


Functional Competencies

1. Solid channel/ trade and industry understanding

2. Solid Trade marketing knowledge (trade flow, pricing structure , promotion plan-execute-evaluate cycle)

3. Financial concept in channel/customer investment evaluation

4. Strong business sense & strategic thinking

 

Education and Experience

-Bachelor’s degree, minimal 4 years of working experience with strong business sense & business planning

-Solid trade marketing (no matter online TM or offline TM)@ FMCG industry is a must, KA or Sales background is welcomed

-Strong channel insight and leadership, very good logic thinking and analysis skill

Specific Knowledge

eCommerce related experience is an advantage

Strong in making mid-long term category channel development strategy

Strong financial concept in channel/customer investment evaluation

Good channel understanding
