Job Description & Responsbilities


Key Responsibilities & Duties:


Translate brand vision into powerful range portfolio positioning

Materializing range portfolio by bringing to life successful innovations from business case to NPD to message house to communication assets delivery

Craft each product proposition, message house, key claims grounded in scientific superiority and expressed with high creative impact

Ideate, brief and deliver impactful and differentiating communication assets (KV, Videos, …) built on a keen understanding of consumers needs and superiority versus competition.


Presenting strategies to senior leaders to gain buy-in and secure cross-functional resources

Networking with stakeholders throughout the organization to both manage assigned projects and secure organizational buy-in/support

Leading diverse cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and timelines

Selecting, training and managing career development of assigned direct reports


Unique mix of highly analytical and structured approach complemented by creative thinking

Proven success designing and executing communications strategies, meaning from product positioning to assets delivery


Bachelor's degree required;

Minimum 5 years marketing experience in FMCG industry;

Outstanding creative writing skills

Excellent presentation skills
