Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

Support the new products launch and sustainable growth
  • Ability to identify consumer insights from different data and research
  • Identify key insights & propose brand building strategies & plans by leveraging different tools to gain exposure for building consumer
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure plan execution

Campaigns management & execution
  • Work collaboratively with sales team in developing brand & promotions campaigns in driving business result
  • Campaign executions including design, promotion arrangement, execution plans and result tracking
Funding management
  • A&P spending owner with full P&L visibility
  • Spending proposal and tracking
  • ROI analysis

Requirements
  1. 7-10 years experience in brand marketing, especially in activation part. Prefer to MT background candidates in FMCG companies
  2. Achieve AOP target, prefer to someone who has 0-1 new brand expereince 
  3. Strong leadership in integrated MKT campaigns
  4. Strong agency & vendor management
  5. Good in communication
