Job Description & Responsbilities
Responsbilities:
1.Lead and roll out by domain annual control and risk evaluation campaign (“DANgo”) cross CBUs and clusters. Supervise team members to complete control evaluation on time with documentation quality and processing productivity monitoring. Present evaluation status and results to management team by monthly basis. 2.Lead risk discussion with respective BPO, function/zone leaders, CBU leadership as domain expertise. Have BPOs’ alignment and commitment for remediation on identified risks and internal/external audit issues; Take prompt follow up and validation on action plan implementation to ensure issues been timely close-off. 3.Lead and deploy CNAO Region IC standardization roadmap for sales, finance, and HR processes, to ensure same interpretation over DANgo control cross clusters, and to ensure control design and execution consistency in CNAO region with formalized control framework or SOP in place. 4.Provide risk control advise to CBU/DBS projects and drive control automation been embedded into systems. Lead team to deploy and perform data analytics through power BI for in time risk monitoring. 5.Promote and enhance business stakeholder control awareness, understanding, oversight and self-evaluation readiness through animation, training, or other effectiveness solutions.
