Job Description & Responsbilities
This role is setup to help building the framework of business analysis embeding ROI mindset with key responsibilities as followings:
· Establish systematic and digitalized methodologies, financial models, and metrics in business analysis to drive insights from an end-to-end approach.
· Define precise investment evaluation methodologies and tools for ROI improvement in demand creation spend.
· Collaborate with digital, RTM, Trade marketing and Marketing team to establish useful tools and playbooks to empower and digitalize commercial organizations.
Requirements of the role:
· Master degree in Statistic, Mathematics, and computer software related major is preferred.
· 8 years + rich experiences, including 3 years + of in financial analysis and data modeling management.
· Strong project management and influence skills.
· Good change management and agile to continuously adapt to new business needs and technology developments.
