岗位职责和要求
Responsibility:
- As IT B2B PO to work closely with the business function to understand and clarify the existing and potential system demand, to maximize the system contribution to the business and manage Sales Digital Product and mid-platform backlogs and lifecycle.
- Serve as IT PM on Sales Solution project. Like as business analysis, system design, system implementation, SIT/UAT, Training and risks management
- System coverage: B2B CRM & Distributor Portal
- Business Partnering: co-build business case with Sales Function and Digital team and provide system architect solution and cost plan for project initiation and follow up project go live.
- Build Technical solution:Lead solution build up within IT product centric organization. Ability to visualize high-level business needs into specific requirements to x-domain IT PO team, Enterprise architect, GTI, PMO; to ensure solution implementation
- Vender management:Vender Resource sourcing, Quality and Operation Management.
- Follow IT & Data Governance Processes and Internal Control
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information system or related field.
- 5+ years’ IT PO/BA experience in FMCG company or big software company
- 5+ years’ IT PM/PO/Architect Experience in B2B PO related solutions with cross PO team, deep understanding of
• Customer Joint Business Plan (Distributor)
• Secondary Order and Spends (Wholesale and Store)
• TS planning, Price and Spends Tracking
- 5+ year IT solution Service Management, and vender management, change management
- Capable of building, growing and maintaining smooth cooperation relationship with key stakeholders to deliver objectives
- Good presentation skill with System data flow design, solution conceptional process
- Good communication skill and conceptual thinking are essential
- Speak fluent English with computer proficiency in MS Office
- Able to travel
