岗位职责和要求

To recruit, develop and motivate people in the branch, drive change and build the winning business culture, so that both the organization and people performing at their peak for business growth. 

 

通过招聘、发展和激励办事处员工,推动组织变革,打造必赢文化,让组织和人员展现最优绩效,实现生意增长。

 

岗位职责:

 

1. Talent: Based on competency model and position profile, recruit the right person in time and ensure smooth induction; conduct validation panel and develop staffing plan for SV, and ensure its implementation. Recruit and develop Mi-stars as per program. Support to training activities and local initiation. 

 

人才发展:基于能力模型和岗位说明,及时满足用人需求并做好新人的入职引导实施SV的人员评估和人员配置计划,并确保落地执行。按照项目要求,招聘和发展脉冲星。为办事处培训提供支持。

 

2. Performance management: Conduct monthly sales incentive calculation and analysis, bottom performer ranking and action plan, animate and ensure monthly sales incentive & performance coaching between SV and SR. 

 

绩效管理:分析月度奖金,执行低绩效人员排名和行动计划,确保SVSR之间的月奖和绩效辅导的落地。

 

3. Engage and motivate: Facilitate Townhall and Daring spirit deployment; nominate, calibrate and communicate culture awards; drive DPS deployment and local action plan. 

 

人员融入和激励组织收看公司季度沟通会和推广敢精神;评选和宣传文化奖项;推动DPS行动计划的落实。

 

4. Local change agent: facilitate company transformation project in branch level. 

 

变革推动者推动公司变革项目在办事处的落实执行。

 

5. Handle employee relationships cases with guidance of ER team. 

 

ER团队的指导下,处理员工关系事宜。

 

6. Operate daily office administrations and WISE coordination of execution, including monthly WISE meeting, WISE audit etc. 

 

办公室行政和协助安全工作的执行,包括月度安委会、安全审计等。
