岗位职责要求

1.       Drive Aptamil Mega Brand Strategy

ü  Be responsible for overall brand health & equity performance

ü  Contribute to mega brand strategy, including brand building model and full year campaign idea & calendar

ü  Support consumer research to unlock triggers & barriers and drive actionable insight for consumer-centric brand experience

ü  Track & analyze business/brand health/campaign performance and drive action plan for success

2.       Develop 360 Mega Brand Activation

ü  Lead integrated marketing activations & ensure execution excellence, including creative ideation, asset development (e.g. KV, video), planning & execution in different touchpoints (e.g. traditional media, social, IP co-op, event and support CEM & in-store with internal teams)

ü  Lead always-on marketing activities e.g. KOL/KOC content, SEO, SEM

ü  Partner with media team to oversee the planning & execution and drive impactful & meaningful reach

3.       Build Strong Brand Equity Across Portfolio Range

ü  Develop master brand playbook, incl. brand positioning, brand level message house, VI guideline for master brand & by range proposal

ü  Develop brand level communications across consumer journey

ü  Gatekeeper of brand equity consistency across range & touchpoints

4.       Budget Management

ü  Effectively allocate & manage budget across different platforms to deliver business ambition and ensure investment efficiency

 

    Education / Experience

ü  Bachelor’s degree or above

ü  Min 4 years of IMF/FMCG brand marketing experience. MT background as a plus.

ü  Solid experience in all-rounded marketing campaign (e.g. brand building, design, media, seeding, social activation) and agency management

ü  Good understanding of media environment including paid media, social media, new emerging apps

ü  Experience in influencer management is preferred
