岗位职责和要求

岗位职责:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service

·         Ensure all daily sales and goods return orders processing on time and proactively follow up with relevant internal (sales & HN managers) and external parties (warehouse and third party logistic provider) if any issues occurred to ensure each sales or goods return order can be delivered as according to PO request time.

·         Settle back-orders and inventory management related to back-order process with internal and external parties Work with Minor-Chains retailers and HAHO purchasing team to process order and ensure orders can be delivered on time.

·         Coordinate with warehouse team on the monthly stock take and cut-off preparation

·         Coordinate with warehouse team (Warehouse Supervisor) on ordering requirement e.g. batch, delivery date

·         Responsible for order releasing process in SAP in order to pass the orders to warehouse team according to daily timeline  

·         Work with supply chain team for stock allocation details and execute stock allocation in SAP in order to have the right product in the right location for warehouse team to pick up

·         Arrange monthly Macau re-export process with HK supply chain team, China logistics team and Third Party Logistic Team

·         Collaborate with warehouse team (warehouse supervisor) to ensure optimal procurement process for non-stock items

·         Support reporting manager on ad-hoc assignments

Quality & Food Safety

·         Release product through e-system with checking relevant document

·         Upload Certificate of Analysis / Testing Report for product release

·         Conduct weekly Inventory & IDOC check in e-system. Coordinate with Warehouse if deviation found

·         Coordinate with external laboratory for testing sample arrangement

·         Create Purchase Order & Conduct Good Received

·         Input complaint details in e-system for factory investigation

·         Support other ad-hoc assignments


REQUIREMENTS:

·         2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain downstream – warehousing / logistics

·         Degree in Supply Chain / Operation Controlling or purchasing

·         Excellent in Excel

·         Good communication, negotiation and influence skills

·         Performance oriented mind

·         Proactive and initiative

·         Organized

·         Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
