岗位职责和要求

Responsibilities 岗位职责：
1. Planing: Colaborating with sales and plant, weekly review and optimize regional supply plan to ensure flexible supply and product freshness

通过区域产销协同，以周为单位优化区域供应计划，在实现灵活供应的同时保证产品的新鲜度

2. Quality: Execute Quality policy and procedure and initiate quality activity to secure product quality in logistics operation 物流质量运作

通过执行质量原则和流程，策划质量活动以确保物流运作中的产品质量

3. Cost management: focus on toal cost optimization with TeTS and value creation mindset , balancing product cost, logistics cost trade

support and value to customer.

成本管理:以全链路成本和价值创造理念聚焦于总成本优化，寻求产品成本、物流成本、渠道费用和客户价值最优的

解决方案。

. Driven productivity to fuel business, identify and initiate productivity and OlE projects

驱动节约增效支持生意，识别和实施节约增效及 0IE 项目

5. Support business: Support regional GTM project implementation, co-manage BP selection/flf0 improvement and shipment phasing with Sales

生意支持:通过与销售各职能部门共同管理渠道变革项目、生意伙伴甄选、先进先出的改善及发运进度等项目来支持区

域生意发展

6. Team management & talent development through detailed PRF/DC, training plan and coaching.

通过制定详尽的 PRF/DC，培训计划和辅导，管理团队及发展个人

Deliverables工作产出

1. Regional COGS/liter (regional sales base)

区域的单位成本(以销售区域为统计单位)

2.Regional E2E performance KPl(CSL/CFR, Dl0. Freshness.DOH, TFR etc..)

区域端到端绩效 KP|(客户服务水平/订单满足率、工厂库存天数、产品新鲜度、渠道库存天数、车辆满载率等)

.Support regional sales development through GTM project implementation, RMB/CS.

通过实施 GTM 变革项目支持区域销售发展-RTM 单箱成本 RMB/CS

. lnitiate programs and projects to drive productivity and operation excellence, productivity target.

发起项目或方案驱动节约增效和卓越运营，实现节约增效目标

Position requirement/Critical experience 岗位工作经验要求

1. Bacholer degree above

本科及以上学历

2.>=5 years experiences in supply chain function, plus >=2 supply chain sub-functions experiences or x-ops functions experiences or regiona

sales experience

5 年以上的供应链工作经验以及2个供应链子职能的工作经验或跨营运职能的工作经验或区域销售工作经验

3. At least 2 years in supply chain, if already have >= 5 years in ops functions experience or regional sales experience.

若已有5年以上的营运职能工作经验或区域销售工作经验，则还需要至少2年以上供应链工作经验
