We are seeking a visionary **Tech Transformation & Innovation Business Partner** to drive enterprise-wide technology-led innovation and accelerate digital transformation. This role will act as a strategic bridge between technology teams and business units, ensuring alignment of emerging technologies with organizational goals. You will champion agile methodologies, foster a culture of experimentation, and deliver scalable solutions that redefine business models and customer experiences.

### **Key Responsibilities**  

1. **Strategic Partnership**  

   - Partner with C-suite, business unit leaders, and functional heads to identify high-impact opportunities for technology-driven transformation.  

   - Translate business challenges into actionable tech roadmaps, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy.  

   - Advise on emerging tech trends (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, cloud, automation) and their commercial implications.  

 

2. **Innovation Pipeline Management**  

   - Lead ideation workshops, hackathons, and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate disruptive solutions.  

   - Build and manage a portfolio of innovation projects, prioritizing based on ROI, scalability, and strategic fit.  

   - Collaborate with R&D, venture teams, and external ecosystems (startups, accelerators) to co-create cutting-edge solutions.  

 

3. **Digital Transformation Execution**  

   - Drive adoption of agile, DevOps, and product-centric operating models across business units.  

   - Oversee end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems.  

   - Define KPIs to measure success of tech-enabled business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, cost efficiency, CX uplift).  

 

4. **Change Leadership**  

   - Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, addressing resistance and fostering tech fluency.  

   - Develop training programs to upskill teams on new tools, processes, and digital mindsets.  

   - Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and impact.  

 

5. **Governance & Risk Management**  

   - Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory standards in all innovation initiatives.  

   - Mitigate risks through scenario planning, vendor due diligence, and scalable architecture design.

### **Qualifications**  

- **Education:**  

  - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech focus.  

  - Certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or emerging tech (e.g., AI, cloud) are a plus.  

 

- **Experience:**  

  - 8+ years in tech strategy, digital transformation, or innovation roles (consulting, corporate innovation, or tech leadership).  

  - Proven track record of scaling tech solutions in complex, matrixed organizations.  

  - Experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-million-dollar budgets.  

 

- **Skills:**  

  - Deep expertise in digital platforms, API ecosystems, and cloud-native architectures.  

  - Strong business acumen with ability to quantify tech ROI (e.g., TCO, NPV, breakeven analysis).  

  - Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and storytelling skills.  

  - Fluency in tools like Jira, Miro, Power BI, or enterprise architecture frameworks.
