岗位职责和要求
Job description:
1. Deliver projects first time right according to brief and IPRO Innovation standard
2. Find agile ways to accelerate project based on a risk assessment approach (risk/reward ratio) aligning upfront with key stakeholders
3. Communication and X-functional project team leadership: i) be impactful with communication by clearly conveying the key messages ii) Engage and lead the project execution team by putting in place project management structure, dynamics and communication based on project and audience scope and needs.
4. Stakeholder management i) Project presentation and update to key stakeholders and/or SteerCos ii) when project requires support from higher management be clear on tension point/mitigation, recommendation and support needed
Job requirement:
1. Minimum 7 years’ experience in Technical function (PD/Ops…) related to food industry.
2. Minimum of 5 years project management experience with successful track record.
3. Demonstrated core competencies in team leadership/facilitation, decision-making, process management, analytical skills, negotiating and conflict-management skills, risk management, and written and oral communication.
4. Strong sense of Ownership and Accountability + show curiosity to learn from other functions (and be more efficient in project management)
5. Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken & written).
6. Travel mainly in CHN: 10%.
7. Nice to have: project management certification (PMP etc…)
