Key Responsibilities & Duties: what • Translate brand vision into powerful range portfolio positioning • Materializing range portfolio by bringing to life successful innovations from business case to NPD to message house to communication assets delivery • Craft each product proposition, message house, key claims grounded in scientific superiority and expressed with high creative impact • Ideate, brief and deliver impactful and differentiating communication assets (KV, Videos, …) built on a keen understanding of consumers needs and superiority versus competition. how • Presenting strategies to senior leaders to gain buy-in and secure cross-functional resources • Networking with stakeholders throughout the organization to both manage assigned projects and secure organizational buy-in/support • Leading diverse cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and timelines • Selecting, training and managing career development of assigned direct reports who • Unique mix of highly analytical and structured approach complemented by creative thinking •Proven success designing and executing communications strategies, meaning from product positioning to assets delivery Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required; • Minimum 5 years marketing experience in FMCG industry; • Outstanding creative writing skills • Excellent presentation skills
