岗位职责要求

Key Accountabilities:

1.   Explore beyond MZ portfolio  opportunity via quantitative and qualitative in-depth market & trade understanding.
2.  Lead and co-work with multifunction team & agencies to quantify new product mix to deliver business objectives, including but not limited to Package design, KV (communication) design, POSM design, Formula design.
3.  Closely work with sales and with in-depth understanding of different channel operation design, to design business case fully in line with DBC sales strategy. 
 
Job Specification::
  1. Experienced at brand development process, NPD project management and brand business.
  2. Owned consumer engagement/BTL activities or end-to-end brand marketing experience is preferred.
  3. Good understanding of FMCG dynamic in the retail environment
  4. Strong willingness to study consumer and popular interest
  5. Can-do attitude and good communication skills
