KEY RESPONSIBILITY/主要职责：
为总监日常运作提供助理及销售支持工作，协助负责人协调各部门的沟通工作；
支持部门内日常管理工作：内部会议、团队工作计划与管理、协助Local进行项目审核等；
负责销售数据的汇总、分析、报表制作及流转；
协调和支持各类销售市场活动，如：学术会议，内、外部培训等；
日常行政事务性工作；
完成上级领导交办的其他工作事项。

本科及以上学历，医药相关专业，三年及以上二线及跨省份团队管理经验；
具有准确的市场分析，区域销售计划制定，带领团队目标达成能力；
