主要工作职责（Key Responsibilities）
1. 货品管理
销量预估：基于门店动销趋势、活动节奏、节假日等因素进行城市级销量预估，支持资源投入合理性。
库存追踪：定期监控客户/门店库存结构（含库龄、周转天数），及时识别缺货、积压等风险并推动纠偏。
货品新鲜度管理：确保辖区货品在库新鲜度达标，严格管理临期品预警、退货接入与改善计划。
退货管理：执行规范化退货流程，确保退货合理、合规并减少损失。
2. 活动管理 & 客户管理
市场/客户/品类洞察：了解区域客户结构、市场趋势、奶粉品类变化，为一线执行提供方向。
