ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU

Responsibilities:
1. Translate and Implement Food Safety Policies: Responsible for adapting global food safety policies, directives, and risk analyses into local procedures and requirements for all plants. This includes crafting clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and specifications that are easy for plant teams to follow. The ultimate goal is to prevent any major food safety issues throughout the entire process.
2. Lead and Conduct Regular Audits: Organize and carry out various types of audits, including scheduled Food Safety Index (FSI) audits, surprise (unannounced) audits, and routine plant visits. These audits are essential to ensure that all plants adhere to food safety standards and to identify and correct any problems early on.
3. Manage Consumer Complaints: Ensure that all consumer complaints are handled promptly and in accordance with global requirements. They will use systems like Salesforce and Veeva to track, investigate, and resolve complaints, ensuring that consumer feedback leads to improvements in food safety and product quality.
4. Oversee Document Management: Ensure the Document Management System (DMS) is properly utilized in all plants. This includes keeping all food safety documents, records, and procedures up to date, organized, and easily accessible for audits and daily operations.
 
Deliverables:
1. Ensures FSI Global updates are well implemented and that factory audits reach the target level. Ensure that the CBU audit achieves the target level
2. Digitalization of the document management system. Ensure that the system operates well, new files are correctly reviewed, and old files are updated in a timely manner as required
3. Change Management (Ensuring the implementation of Global requirements and the new system likeVeeva)
4. Consumer complaints are properly handled to ensure the smooth operation and proper handling of the Global system
5. Enhancement of personnel capabilities in the factory system specialist
 
Competency Requirements:
1. Technical skills such as managing quality and food safety systems (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000), knowledge of beverage processing (especially hotfill and aseptic), and microbiology.
2. Ability to collaborate well with others and support the team in achieving goals.
3. Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with different departments and partners, both internally and externally.
4. Quick, confident decision-making to solve problems as they arise.
5. Proficiency in structured problem-solving methods such as 5WHY analysis and process capability studies.
6. Data analysis skills to drive improvements using Statistical Process Control (SPC).
7. Fluency in English is mandatory.
 
Critical experience:
1. Bachelor's degree, majoring in food and beverage
2. With at least 5 years of working experience in quality management;
3. Good at system management such HACCP and FSSC22000 is an advantage
