  1. Achieve yearly sales target and gain share in TDI
  2. Continuously Monitors Customers Performance
  3. Sales Forecast, Budget and Objectives
  4. Manage channel stock days
  5. Negotiation Activities with the customers assigned
  6. Negotiates with customers the Annual / Session Promotion Plan according to marketing plan
  7. Data analysis
  8. Prepare internal reports for data sharing (scan data, project evaluations, promotions ROI.)
  9. Good Communication in internal and external cooperation
  10. Good communication skill to increase customer emotional relationship
  11. Manage TP team in supporting business
  12. Set goals and define TP’s responsibility, good communication to make sure their good serving in operation

Propose the sales plan for the assigned customers to implement the strategic goals set for the business growth

Analyzes current Customer Performance and defines future Business Opportunities

Defines Customer-specific Goals and Strategy

Develops SWOT Analyses & Performance Reviews by Customer

Defines Action Plan by Customer

Propose a Sales Budget (volumes, trade spending, etc.) for the customers assigned

Allocate sales volumes and trade spending budgets

Monitors Sales Targets achievement on monthly bases and proposes revision where necessary (volumes, profits)

Monitors Profit and Loss in the customer Accounts assigned

Forecast promotional sku quantities

Defines and Negotiates Contracts with the Customers assigned

Develops with the support of E-Trade Marketing, specific Sales Arguments to achieve the Strategic Goals of the customers assigned

Collect and analyze E-key account performances and market trends

Be good at listening and asking to find key message from cooperator
