ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU
Role Responsibilities:
Support the CBE EC Sales Manager in managing CBE accounts (e.g., Alibaba Tmall Global, JD Worldwide) for special medical nutrition products, executing sales and marketing plans, and ensuring smooth daily operations
1. Account support.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with CBE platform operation teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, logistics, finance) to ensure timely execution of promotions and campaigns.
- Handle daily operational tasks including product listing updates, price adjustments, and inventory monitoring
- Track and analyze sales performance data, preparing regular reports for management review. Monitor order fulfillment process and coordinate with logistics to resolve any issues.
- Support the Account Manager in identifying sales opportunities and customer needs
2. Sales Target Achievement.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., livestreaming, KOL collaborations, platform promotions). Analyze campaign performance and assist in adjusting strategies for better ROI.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting.
- Track and analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data. Prepare regular business reports
- Use data-driven insights to improve account performance and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in CBE account management, preferably in healthcare, nutrition, or FMCG
- Understanding of CBE platforms and digital marketing
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Distributor/TP management.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Results-driven.
- Willing to learn and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
