ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU
RESPONSIBLITIES
- Act as key legal contact for medical nutrition business (categories covering drugs, medical devices, FSMPs and other ordinary food)
- General legal support for various legal matters and functions (including contract drafting, review and negotiation; general corporate governance; digital activities; contentious matters; templates, standards and policies; legal advice and guidance; projects) for the responsible business unit and throughout the product lifecycle (including R&I, procurement, production, market access, business model, commercial, marketing, advertising and claims, labor)
- Leading on relevant business development and M&A project and initiatives.
- Develop and implement legal policies in line with both global policies and local regulatory requirements and industrial practice
- Other ad hoc assignments by manager or stakeholders
RERUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in law. Legal Master as a plus
- 10+ PQE from reputable law firms and/or multinational companies, experience in pharmacy, health, medical industries is a must
- Business acumen and agility
- Leadership (either as a team leader, or demonstrating leadership and accountability in project experience)
- Willing to take and tackle challenges
