Job Description & Responsbilities

Working Scope

  • Develop IMC campaign plan base on brand strategy, including Big Idea, creative assets, activation roadmap, work with media team for campaign media plan, deliver high quality execution with internal & external partners
  • Create L2 assets base on product story to highlight product superiority
  • Co-work with media team on mass media investment plan, execution and performance tracking  
  • Brand performance tracking & analysis, business, BHT and social performance
  • Celebrity management, selection proposal and maintenance
  • Support line manager on annual brand plan development
  • A&P management

 

Skill & Experience

  • Diversify IMC campaign experience, IP cooperation, XHS/DY social campaign, Celebrity leverage
  • Qualified knowledge of mainstream mass media
  • Excellent & insightful content production skill
  • Strong strategy thinking & business sense
  • Multi-task management skill, able to work under stress
  • Strong leadership & influence power, able to work with internal/external teams
  • MT background as a plus
