AT EVAI, a division of Danone, we bring to life our iconic global brands EVIAN, VOLVIC & FERRARELLE where our consumers work, live and play.    At the same time, we seed the expansion of PLANT-BASED Beverages around the world, giving flexitarian consumers a wider choice to diversify their protein sources.

 

We operate on a unique business model: partnership with local distributors.  We work with more than 150 distributors, operating in more than 110 countries. The team behind it is no more than 100 people, with employees strategically based around the world. We are Evian Volvic Alpro International (EVAI).

Responsibilities

1.     Take the lead on a critical part of the business and the top priority for EVI.

2.     Set up On Premise channel strategy and define key growth levers within focus cities and regions.

3.     Work with nominated On Premise distributor to execute business plan & achieve business targets.

4.     Identify ‘big fish’ and key accounts for brand equity; build relationships and conquer.

5.     Responsible for leading & motivating teams to achieve monthly/annual KPIs.

6.     Coach and coordinate with distributor team in the management and development of strategic key customers.

7.     Animate channel performance and take ownership of results.

8.     Conduct monthly and quarterly business review meeting with top level executives both internal and on distributor side.

9.     Drive business plan within the framework of pre-aligned budgets and accountable to control spending to deliver priority projects in business plan.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years of relevant sales / category management experience.  Expertise in the FMCG industry preferred, in particular on premise channel

SKILLS

  • Mandarin speaking & strong English is a must
  • Understanding of On Premise channel
  • Relationship building & influencing skills
  • Stakeholder management across transversal functions
  • Negotiation
  • Experience Required: >3 years

EDUCATION

University Degree. Masters Preferred.
