ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU

Job Mission: Strategically manage procurement categories (Co-Manufacturing & Plastics: PET/HDPE) to enable business growth, innovation, supply security, cost efficiency, and sustainability, compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop sourcing strategies for Co-Manufacturing, not limited to beverage, diary, and nutriment market. Provide agile support on business capacity needs / new product development.
  2. Cooperate with global sourcing team on clear Resin sourcing strategy, bring back local market intelligence on oil, PET, HDPE, and macro-economy to support business decisions. Build clear rPET roadmap and sourcing strategy and prepare for future regulations open.
  3. Manage sourcing and procurement process, conduct tender and negotiation with suppliers on Coman and HDPE. Analyze total cost and make supplier selections aligned with long-term sourcing strategy. Deliver KPIs on cost, cash, sustainability with different sourcing tools, supply network optimization, and by leading different projects.
  4. Monitor Coman and Resin security of supply by agile reaction to business and monitor supplier performance through close X-function cooperation.
  5. Ensure end-to-end compliance, maintain strong cross-functional & global stakeholder communication.
  6. Build strong supplier relationship management for strategic partnering, and enable supplier’s capability to support Danone objectives on innovation, decarbonization, and so on.
  7. Coordinate on financial reporting for direct material team, and drive reporting digitalization.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years procurement experience, essential in FMCG/Food & Beverage categories (Co-Manufacturing, Packaging, Plastics strongly preferred).
  2. Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, complex supplier management (negotiation, SRM, performance), and contract execution.
  3. Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level communication (written & verbal English).
  4. Analytical mindset: Ability to manage total cost, understand market trends (esp. Resin/Oil), and interpret basic financials/production data.
  5. Key Knowledge: Outsourcing processes OR Plastics value chain. Sustainability (ESG/rPET) a plus.
  6. Result-driven, proactive, agile learner. Proficient in MS Office; SAP/Power BI/Bidding systems preferred.
