Experience Required: 5-10 years in procurement, with focus on indirect categories.
About the Role
· We are seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to lead sourcing to procurement initiatives for non-production and non-sales/marketing spend categories. This role is pivotal in driving risk mitigation, value creation and cost optimization across a diverse portfolio of services. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop & Execute source to pay strategy, lead end-to-end procurement activities for indirect spend categories. (e.g: Compensation & Benefits Services , Administrative Services , External workforce services, Talent Services , Real Estate & Workplace, Quality & Compliance etc.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations to define requirements, negotiate contracts, and implement SLA/KPI frameworks.
· Supplier Management: build sustainable SRM mechanism, drive supplier selection, performance reviews, innovation initiatives, and risk assessments.
· Cost Leadership: Deliver year-over-year cost savings through competitive bidding, demand management, and TCO analysis.
· Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
· Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, benchmark pricing, and identify opportunities for process digitization.
· Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
· Experience:
7-10 years in procurement, with 5+ years specializing in indirect categories.
· Proven success in managing complex indirect service procurement (>$20M annual spend).
· Expertise in contract negotiation, RFx management, and supplier governance.
Skills:
· Mastery of procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle).
· Analytical prowess (spend analysis, should-cost modeling).
· Exceptional communication and influence skills.
· Agile problem-solving in cross-functional environments.
