We enable the delivery of ELN GC business strategy with effective risk control and end-to-end process governance from design to execution
key responsibilities:
Support topline governance lead to enhance governance and conduct risk management of commercial process, commercial spending, commercial business model and channel, focusing on process design and in-process execution monitoring.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
· 识风险 理流程 推优化 Commercial Business Risk Identification, Process Review & Improvement:
ü Risk identification and alert for key commercial process, investment, initiatives and/or spending.
ü Review the end-to-end commercial processes, project mechanism, key investment decision to identify design gaps and risks.
ü Benchmark with industry practice to identify gaps and improve the process governance and/or uplift the investment ROI.
· 抓执行 善反馈 In-process Execution Monitoring:
ü Execution consistency with designed process and policies.
ü KPI delivery tracking, supervision & verification
ü Drive just-in-time correction and follow-ups
· 懂宣贯 会赋能 Engagement & Empowerment:
ü Formalize the governance rules and key process with standard operating document
üProvide training to related staff and business partners regarding SOP/rules
key performance indicator
· Enable to plan and perform to achieve the objectives of commercial risk management role and specific assignments
· Business Proximity to understand the business model and key business activities
· Timeliness and visibility of significant risk identification & alert
· # of process improvement points & effective implementation
· Awareness of governance discipline/rules by staff
qualifications
· 8+ years’ experience in business process governance and/or risk management (management consultancy, risk control, internal audit, continuous improvement etc) of MNCs or professional agency.
· Solid knowledge and experience in commercial process risks and controls (e.g, Wholesaler management process, Trade Marketing, kinds of commercial investment, sales operation process. etc.).
· Rich experience in IMF/Healthy/FMCG industry.
· Bachelor’s degree or above, major in accounting, audit and business administration etc.
Specific knowledge
· High standards of ethics, trustworthy, operating with absolute discretion
· Familiar with commercial business model, commercial investment, and industrial practice
· Solid knowledge of risk assessment, control assessment, process management, monitoring activities and governance.
· Good analytical capability and knowledge in audit, assurance & validation area, including collecting and analysing data, evaluating information and systems, performing root cause analysis and drawing logical conclusion.
· Passionate, self-motivated, independent and open minded
· Structural presentation skills and collaboration attitude
· Master English language in reading and writing
