ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Serve as Compliance Manager for ELN. Ensure that the compliance program effectively prevents and/or detects violations of law, regulations, policies, or the Code of Conduct in respective partnering with business teams:
o Partnering with business teams to ensure compliance ownership and right tone at the top
o Support ethical decision-making capability within the business by participating business team meeting, reviewing promotional strategies and other significant business initiatives
o Acting as a consultant, provide day-to-day guidance, advice to covered employees
o Deploy policies and/or procedures by providing necessary training and/or communication to covered employees, managing changes, and monitoring implementation
o Tailor training materials to fit into the needs and business context of covered functions, and delivered frequent trainings to covered employees at various levels
o Participate company monitoring program to identify warning signals and/or gaps, and provide meaningful feedback to management so that appropriate corrective actions are taken accordingly
o Establish and maintain a comprehensive anti-fleecing system to track actual and real operations and results of commercial & marketing online activities. Manage fleecing risks underlying the operations of third parties by utilizing data analysis tools to regularly generate risk assessment reports, and propose targeted risk mitigation strategies.
o Animate and implement integrity program (including third party due diligence, business code of conduct, Gift & Hospitality etc) and anti-trust program under the overall compliance framework with related stakeholders.
o Assist with Internal Control testing and internal audits, implementing and following up with the Action Plans, and guide the business partners to close gaps and implement corrective actions
o Lead in-depth investigations into any reported violations or complaints within ELN, which include gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and writing detailed investigation reports.
o Stimulate and contribute to develop innovative approaches towards risk identifiers of topline activities failing compliance obligations
o Deliver ELN risk assessment on a timely basis, and follow up with action plans and dedicated stakeholders as required
o Assist in data privacy operational work including privacy impact assessment, provide valuable insights and guidance to such projects/campaigns, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
o Collaborate with other CBU compliance BP/managers to drive cross-BU compliance initiative with good team work spirit and effective way of working style.
