- Develop and acceleration business growth in Online distribution customers .
- Achieve yearly sales target and gain share
- Follow sales plan and timely analyze results, adjust sales plan according to root cause
- Establish good collaboration and relationship with customers
- Co work or lead customers to explore business engine
- Good Communication in internal and external cooperation
- Good communication skill to increase customer emotional relationship
Lead annual business plan with relatively accurate demand forecast
Build B2B, B2B2C, Pack and Send business model
Lead NPD development in customers
Collaborate with trade marketing on pricing strategy
Make solid sales plan monthly, quarterly and yearly,update sales process timely to ensure sales process is on track
Ensure good resources in customer to ensure sales process is on track
Get insights from timely review and market changing
Be good at listening and asking to find key business issue and opportunity

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years Ecommerce working experience in FMCG , having taken roles in Key account management, JBP experience is highly preferred. EC experience is a plus
