PMO for Enterprise Power BI Dashboards Development
l Act as the core PMO for the enterprise Power BI program, establishing and promoting project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
l Lead coordination with various business functions by facilitating discussion to deeply understand business pain points and translate ambiguous needs into clear, quantifiable KPI frameworks and insightful dashboard layouts.
l Develop and manage the Power BI project roadmap, assess project priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the high-quality standards.
Dashboards Operations Optimization & Value Realization
l Develop mechanisms to track and analyze dashboard usage, regularly assessing report adoption rates, user feedback, and business impact to quantify the value delivered by BI projects.
l Lead a cross-functional continuous improvement group to periodically review and iterate on existing dashboards
Enterprise Data Governance & Data Asset Ecosystem Building
l In collaboration with the IT department and business data owners, lead the creation and maintenance of an enterprise-level data dictionary, clarifying data definitions, sources, and business rules to enhance data literacy across the company.
l Participate in and drive the planning and construction of the company's data warehouse, ensuring the data architecture can support current and future analytical needs and enables effective integration of data from disparate systems.
l Establish and implement a data quality monitoring and governance framework to ensure that data feeding into the BI system is accurate, complete, and timely, laying a solid foundation for reliable decision analysis
Lead ELN China Finance Digitalization
l Lead the digital transformation within the Finance department, working closely with finance team to design and develop a suite of Power BI dashboards for financial decision-making.
l Leverage Power BI and related automation tools to streamline financial reporting processes, enhancing the finance team's efficiency and depth of analysis.
