Mission of the role
The primary mission of this role is to develop and implement CDP New user recruitment growth strategies, focusing on data-driven data visualize & cross all channel personalized engagement.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
2. Solid experience in consumer journey management, data governance, analytics, and familiarity with CDP and data warehousing.
3. Strong industry insight into Infant Milk Formula (IMF) or FMCG, with the ability to identify practical data application opportunities.
4. Proficiency in analytical and visualization tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effective cross-functional collaboration (Sales, IT, Channels).
6. Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
7. Proven accountability, project management skills, and track record of successful project execution.
Responsibility
CDP Data Acquisition and Channel Collaboration:
· Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to acquire and manage first-party consumer data through new customer recruitment and joint channel membership programs (e.g., WeCom validation, dual-registration initiatives).
· Define clear data collection scenarios aligned with business needs, ensuring compliance and data quality standards are consistently met (data transmission accuracy ≥99.8%).
· Ensure seamless integration of consumer journey, specifically from Rolex code scans to private domain environments, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
Data Governance and Analytical Applications
· Manage data governance and quality control, including data cleansing, OneID ETL, data standardization.
· Develop and continuously refine consumer personas and unified cross-channel data tagging frameworks, ensuring precise application across platforms.
· Conduct operational data/user research and analysis to optimize consumer paths to private domain, proposing actionable recommendations to improve growth plans.
Data Empowerment Strategy and Execution:
· Partner with IT and business stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies and use cases to optimize consumer engagement and conversion.
· Build comprehensive cross-channel data dashboards (new user acquisition, private domain conversion funnels) to visualize consumer journeys and support informed decision-making.
· Leverage advanced consumer personas and data tagging systems for personalized marketing strategies, enhancing consumer engagement and conversion rates.
Education and Experience
l University graduate major in business administration, marketing and related fields
l At least 5 years’ above experience with CRM handling in FMCG (luxury brands and IMF categories are highly preferred)
l At least 2 experience Private Domain operation or EC member operation
l Solid knowledge and experience with UI/UX/Mini program development (nice to have)
