- Work closely with Sales and SMKT on joint program to deliver business results
- Data Analysis
- Seek for growth opportunities for channel from data insight (Sales & ISV).
- Media Strategy
- Development & Implementation (Budget Allocation & Tools & KPIs) with Regular Diagnosis and Revamp.
- ANP & Vendor Management
- Manage Media vendors to ensure execution quality and efficiency.
Combining MKT & Shopper Insights to Develop Precise Media NU Growth Model with Sizable NU Incremental and Scalable Practice to Team.
Analyze EC Media, Sales and Traffic data and propose agile action for optimization
Follow finance process for budget management;
Functional Competency
- Strong EC knowledge and sense
Familiar with EC platform and EC advertising (Ali ecosystem is a plus)
- Media Know-how (Strategy, KPI Planning, Execution Monitoring and Optimization SOP)
- Strong data analysis skills with structured mindset and sharp insight output
- Working experience related is a plus (IMF Brand or Media Agency).
Leadership
· Strong leadership in projects, agency & TP management
- Quick Learning capability and strong sense of accountability.
- Cross-team Stakeholder Collaboration.
- Good time management.
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree, with solid background of E-Commerce/ECMKT/Media related.
General skills
· High sense of responsibility and strong willing to win
· Solid project management skill to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
· Good Story-telling and communication skill
· Good spoken & written in English and Mandarin
