R&R

  • Lead shopper mkt and channel trade mkt strategy and collaborate with sales/brand mkt to deliver business result
  • Drive consumer understanding and deliver business insight
  • Lead strategic portfolio demand generation model(APF/ESSENSIS/NUTURIS), and demand FCST
  • Drive brand and channel integration include content/channel activation/livestream/design/Red
  • Lead paid media strategy(Ali/JD/Red/DY tbc)
  • Lead efficient trade mechanism to serve user growing objective
  • Manage investment and P&L covering both ANP and TS

 

Qualification

  • At least 10 years of work experience
  • Background: E-commerce Trade MKT(preferred), followed by SHOPPER MKT. Sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis and insight capabilities, structured business thinking, Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and business models, proactive in driving business growth, resilient and adaptable to change
  • At least 6 years of team management experience
