  1. Designing Exceptional Employee Experiences: Crafting meaningful experiences at every stage of the employee lifecycle to boost engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  2. Aligning Employee Experience with Organizational Goals: Ensuring that the employee experience (incl. office space usage, overall office management, etc.) supports the company’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
  3. Driving Employee Well-being: Coordinate across Greater China, implementing programs and policies that support employees’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  4. Leveraging Data and Insights: Using employee feedback, surveys, and analytics to identify pain points, and continuously improve the employee experience.
