Overhead Governance & Business Partnering
• Own governance of APAC Zone Functions overhead (budget, tracking, compliance)
• Ensure consistent cost allocation, cross-charge, and reporting standards
• Act as trusted finance partner to Zone Functions, providing robust challenge and guidance
• Enforce cost discipline in line with AOP targets and “frugal mode” principles
Forecasting, Planning & Performance Steering
• Lead budget, rolling forecast, and long-term planning for overheads
• Challenge assumptions with strong financial logic and business acumen
• Drive scenario analysis to support decision-making
• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely financial submissions
Cost Optimization & Efficiency Delivery
• Identify and drive productivity, savings, and efficiency initiatives
• Build transparency on cost drivers and benchmark performance
• Track savings delivery and ensure full P&L impact
• Continuously optimize cost structure and ROI of functional spending
Data Analytics & Insight Generation • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for management
• Develop driver-based analysis, variance decomposition, and trend models
• Strengthen data quality, reporting automation, and process efficiency
• Leverage advanced Excel capabilities to enhance analytics and scalability
Reporting, Communication & Process Excellence • Deliver concise, executive-ready outputs for Zone management review
• Communicate risks, opportunities, and performance in a structured manner
• Influence stakeholders through fact-based storytelling
• Simplify and standardize planning, reporting, and control processes
1. Strong expertise in FP&A, controlling, and overhead cost governance
2. Advanced analytical and logical thinking, with ability to translate complex data into clear insights
3. Strong data sensitivity and capability in financial modelling and performance analysis
4. Mature communication and stakeholder management skills in a regional, cross-functional environment
5. Deep understanding of finance processes, governance, and interdependencies
