Job Description & Responsbilities

  • Support design and execution of learning roadmap
  • Owner of “HR Monthly Newsletter”, design, coordinate and deliver independently.
  • BP for DBS Shanghai team members incl delivering engagement activities.
  • Support HR department administration


Qualification expected:

1)      1+ HR related working experience on HR, learning and talent preferred.

2)      Interpersonal: pro-active to reach, connect, engage, communicate different stakeholders in zone.

3)      Digital: proficient in excel, PowerPoint, one-drive, one note etc. productivity app, and all Danone APP, and hardware. Curious to explore new solutions and apply to the daily work.

4)      Language: proficient in English both oral and written. Be able to communicate briefly.
