Job Description & Responsbilities


  • Work closely with the Business and other IT domain lead to define the overall GC data & analytics vision, strategy & capability roadmaps.
  • Develop business centric, technical data product strategy to drive measurable business value. Strategy includes product roadmap based on continuous improvement aligned to evolving business strategy, integration of emerging technologies, product lifecycle management & organizational capacity to manage demand.
  • Establish data as a service, enabling efficient, integrated, end-to-end management & delivery of high-quality data assets across the value chain through leading-edge data architectures
  • Accountable for product delivery via Agile and DataQps across the portfolio traceable to ROI for product delivery. Ensures high level of predictability in the delivery of solutions. Works with Global/ Zone IT D&A in those areas relevant to continually improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the portfolio of products and technologies.
  • Drive consistent & reliable, single-truth operational & performance reporting capabilities enabling guided discovery & agile decision-making.
  • Build data & analytics capabilities that take advantage of advanced predictive & prescriptive methods to deliver data-driven insights & solutions in support market strategy
  • Enable new growth through platform-based, connected data ecosystems that integrate advanced technologies (IT, HIT, AI etc.) & data to smartly connect individuals to our products, services, solutions & experiences
  • Build & deploy a framework to ensure rigorous & responsive demand governance for investments that prioritizes highest value opportunities for markets
  • Continuously search for ways to eliminate redundancies & inefficiencies while streamlining costs to reinvest in new innovations through disciplined technology lifecycle management & total cost of ownership with markets
  • Forge trusted partnerships with Global IT D&A, external delivery partners, other data practitioners & data scientists across the Danone, taking advantage of our collective expertise to deliver the best data & analytics solutions



  • Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science,mathematics or equivalent      
  • Master in Applied Mathematics,Statistics, Economics or other related will be a plus 

Skills/Experience Required

10+ years preferred of managing data teams;strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills;effective manager ofpeople &strongteam-building skills

Experience in information-intensive industries or digitally advanced enterprises are preferred.Ideally, has working knowledge of the CPG businessesthe information that drives it,&the data approaches that are appropriate

Strong domain expertise with experiences in multivariate statistical analyss including regressionregression tree,logistic regressioncluster analysis,behavioral market structure etc.

Knowledge of data structure;information systems/tools&related software & data management;enterprise content management&record-keeping policies & practices

Demonstrated strength in examining issues, shaping strategy &influencing effectively across     

PERSONALITIES     the organization, driving people, process & technology change     

9.Technical scope of knowledge includes a broad understanding of commercial solutions

including machine learning, artificial intelligence & data science process.Demonstrates strong understanding of Master Data Management strategy with ability to deliver at

scale. Technical skills range from experience with core analytics tools like BI,Informatica & Alteryx to cloud computing platforms & advance analytics tools.

10.Ability to translate vision to strategy to roadmap;Balances discovery &delivery; Anticipate

future needs & proactively improve product features; Ensures products/solutions meet service level expectations. Applying concepts of Agile solutioning to rapidly deliver value through user design, prototyping,Minimal Viable Product & continuous improvement.

Excellent interpersonal &communication skills(oral &written),including the ability to explain digital concepts & technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists.
