About The Job
· Provide thought leadership on the direction of Supporting Functions (SF) applications for Invoice To Pay, Invoice to Cash, Travel & Expense and e-Invoicing, for all markets in Asia Pacific.
· Lead a team of 4 Product Owner and Product Analysts for these areas covering support and project implementation for the applications in this space.
· Accountable for local and zone applications architecture and roadmap, with the mindset of reducing Danone’s ongoing technical debt.
· Responsible for leading the team to partner with global product teams, to implement and maintain global Finance applications used in Asia Pacific.
· Facilitate new and on-going review on risk assessment, disaster recovery planning and retirement.
· Identify opportunities for the evolution of local applications, in partnership with global functional experts and regional peers.
· Contribute to the data and analytics initiatives for Finance in the zone, enabling data-driven decisions making within business.
Competencies
· More than 12 years IT experience in the area of SAP (FICO) and extensive exposure to Invoice To Pay, Invoice to Cash, Travel & Expense and e-Invoicing business processes in APAC markets.
· Ability to understand software solutions and delivery models, with full cycle experience on selection, evaluation, implementation and retirement process.
· Experience with turning data into insights for Finance using various industry best practices like Power BI, Advanced Analytics involving AI/ML, including being part of the project implementation.
· Ability to map business activities into processes, to optimize and recommend the right solution aligning to Danone’s IT & Data product strategy.
· At least 7 years in leadership position, leading cross-functional and diverse teams to deliver results, managing transversal processes and projects.
· Strong stakeholder relationship management at regional level, including being in the environment of Regional Finance Shared Service Center.
· Proactively drive strategic business partnership to deliver value for the business.
· Language skills: English (Business Level), Mandarin.
About You
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent field of study.
· Must have experience in SAP Finance functional domain, from an IT capacity
· Experience in leading Product Team and adopting Agile methodology
· Knowledge of digital technology; integration methods API, RPA
· (Preferred) Risk management experience including Security best practices
