2. Combine with MKT enviorment and account strategy to make business plan(including contract negociation, yearly/quarterly/monthly business tracking, customer/category understanding etc);
3. Trade Spend management, and investment plan;
4. Cross function communication(including cooperation with internal field execution, NTM, MKT ; extenal project communication)
Requirement:
1.More than 5 years of experience in FMCG key account management;
2.Familiar with the current situation and operation process of the FMCG market, and have good proposal ability;
3.Education: University graduate (at least)
4.Good organizational and managerial skills;
5.Excellent market development, project coordination and negotiation skills;
6.High enthusiasm for work, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand high-intensity work and embrace change.
