Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsibilities:

1. Key Learning Interface with CBU ( Mainly Waters Business);

2. Be responsible for Zone Function (2-3 functions) yearly learning plan design and deployment;

3. Build learning strategy for the above functions to ensure learning program achieving anticipated impactful effect;

4. Work closely with function team leaders (VP level) and HRBP (VP Level) for needs identification, resources sourcing, solution build up, etc. Work closely with functional expert for functional training design, offer effective learning advice to make the training down to the earth and achieve better effectiveness;

5. Work as a Project Manager to lead different learning activities with good results;

6. Have fluent knowledge on leadership/ transversal topics and thus be able to develop or adjust learning contents upon request;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or above degree with 10 years around working experience in HR function, learning and development related work experience is required and preferred;

2. Great stakeholder management with professional capability, to win credit from business;

3. High Accountability to ensure learning activities to deploy with good effect;

4. Strong Project Management Skill to be able to manage project deployment smoothly and independently;

5. Strong Knowledge and keep learning in Leadership/Transversal/ functional topics to be able to design / adjust training contents upon business needs;

6. Good skill on Office tools, make the presentation & table a qualified deck for corporate usage.
