ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU
This position is under the transportation team of Operations Department.
Mainly focus on managing delivery of transportation activities to maximize on-time in-full deliveries, and minimize end customer complaints, especially for KA customers.
Activities include end-to-end operational execution, including timely order picking, POD verification, and agile handling of transit exceptions. We are seeking an independent professional with a proactive mindset to identify process gaps and implement innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement in daily logistics operations.

Job requirement:
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and team player
- Strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel
- A logical thinker and quick learner with a proactive mindset
- Solid knowledge of Supply Chain management, especially logistics knowledge for 3PL governance
- Demonstrated capability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
