Job Description & Responsbilities

Take lead role to improve the business governance process of marketing activity and spending from design to execution.

 

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  

·       搭体系 建团队 Marketing Governance Framework Build-up: Establish the marketing governance framework and related way of working with key stakeholders and team from process design, execution monitoring to continuous improvement.

·       识风险 理流程 推优化 Marketing Business Risk Anticipation,  Process Review & Improvement:

ü Risk anticipation and alert for key marketing investment, initiatives and/or spending

ü Embed critical risk control measures & governance rules into marketing project mechanism & process with smart solutions

ü Performance/efficiency KPI build-up

ü Introduce industry best practice or digital tool to improve the process governance or reduce the business risk.

·       抓执行 善反馈 In-process Execution Monitoring:

ü Execution consistency checking for key marketing campaign and investment

ü KPI delivery supervision & verification

ü Drive just-in-time correction and follow-ups

·       懂宣贯 会赋能 Engagement & Empowerment:

ü Formalize the governance rules and key process with standard operating documents

ü Provide training to related staff and business partners regarding SOP/rules

·        Enable to plan and lead with team to achieve the objectives of marketing governance role and specific assignment

·        Business Proximity to understand the business model and key business activities

·        Timeliness of significant risk identification & alert

·        # of process improvement points & effective implementation

·        Awareness of governance discipline/rules by marketing staff

qualifications

·        8+ years’ experience in business process governance and/or operation excellence (Risk management, management consultancy, internal control, continuous improvement etc) of MNCs or professional agency.

·      Bachelor’s degree or above, major in marketing and business administration etc.

Specific knowledge

·        High standards of ethics, trustworthy, operating with absolute discretion

·        Comprehensive knowledge of marketing activity and industrial practice

·        Solid knowledge of risk assessment, control activities, process management, monitoring activities and corporate governance.

·        Strong analytical capability and solid knowledge in assurance & validation area, including collecting and analysing data, evaluating information and systems, performing root cause analysis and drawing logical conclusion.

·        Advanced industrial knowledge of FMCG and food market practice (preferred) and governance environment.

·        Passionate, self-motivated and open minded

·        Strong independence, proactive and result orientated with leadership potential

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills and collaboration attitude

·      English as working language.
