ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU
Key Accountabilities of Role
1. Lead strategic planning and execution for Oncology and ONS product group ,driving sustainable growth and initiating innovative business model.
2. Define and reposition the product value proposition, segmentation, differitiation and work out the right RTM.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, global marketing etc) to shape the go-to-market strategies.
4. Collaborate with multi channel sales force to ensure the successful business achievement,
5. Lead and empower team to ensure deliverables and people development
6. Brand Owner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or related field.
- Extensive experience in medical marketing in pharma or medical devices.
- Multi-channel experiences is preferred.
- VBP and PBVP experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Results driven
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English fluency is a must
