ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU

  1. Awareness media plan and execute, eg OTV/OTT/OOH/Digital to maximize media efficiency and effectiveness
  2. Support IP sourcing and sponsorship negotiation
  3. Track campaign performance using metrics such as BHT, reach, incre reach, TA%, CPTAUV, SEI
  4. In charge of investment management, inclu monthly budget submit, PO and GR process
  5. Collaborate closely with internal brand team/procurement team and external media agency and media partners
  6. Competitors and market industry trend analysis
  7. Data-driven mindset in end-to-end media planning, execution and review

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above
  2. Over 5 years working experience in media, with a proven track record of working in client-side or agency environment in support of large-budget campaigns would be preferred
  3. Deep understanding of the media landscape, especially with solid experience on MSP, OOH and IP
  4. A good team player, result-driven, detail-oriented, number sensitive
  5. Ability to work under pressure and dealing with ambiguity
  6. Good skill in MS office, excel, PPT, word
