ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU
- Awareness media plan and execute, eg OTV/OTT/OOH/Digital to maximize media efficiency and effectiveness
- Support IP sourcing and sponsorship negotiation
- Track campaign performance using metrics such as BHT, reach, incre reach, TA%, CPTAUV, SEI
- In charge of investment management, inclu monthly budget submit, PO and GR process
- Collaborate closely with internal brand team/procurement team and external media agency and media partners
- Competitors and market industry trend analysis
- Data-driven mindset in end-to-end media planning, execution and review
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Over 5 years working experience in media, with a proven track record of working in client-side or agency environment in support of large-budget campaigns would be preferred
- Deep understanding of the media landscape, especially with solid experience on MSP, OOH and IP
- A good team player, result-driven, detail-oriented, number sensitive
- Ability to work under pressure and dealing with ambiguity
- Good skill in MS office, excel, PPT, word
