Job Description & Responsbilities

Responsbilities:

1.                   Account sales planning

?     Help setting overall sales plan for account to achieve sustainable growth

?     Establish specific operation model and propose the corresponding organizational management structure and process

2.                   Account Execution Efficiency Improvement

?     Work with distributor team to align guideline and action plan

?     Routine tracking with each business KPI and push biz within healthy trend

Well manage team P&L within full-year strategy

3.                   Cross Functional Cooperation

?     Well work with other internal functions, qualified deliveries on their request on time

?     Grasp support from internal functions by clear request brief, efficient communication and good way of working

Well-work with field team, set clear request brief, reasonable lead time and excellent outcome

4.                   Other Works by Hierarchy

Finish other works assigned by Strategy head timely and efficiently

Functional Competency

The candidate should be a breakthrough driver in creating new ways/models of delivering sales. The candidate should have strong motivation and capability to set up whole operation process and improve the efficiency for the new channel. The candidate should have related experience on sales system development, sales operation and RTM management. The candidate should have strong capability to articulate things briefly and structurally, get things done by effectively influencing others. The candidate should be very hands-on to get things done from initial to end. Specifically, the following attributes are important to make the candidate successful on this position:

 

             Sales/Account related experience from leading FMCG companies;

 

             Good at trade marketing, trade activity design and management;

 

             Good at agency/partner communication and management;

 

             Analytical skill and business planning: ability to sort out complicated information and develop strategies;

 

             Understanding of customer and trade evolvement;

 

             Understanding of O2O E-platform and operation system is a plus;

 

 

Qualification/Knowledge/Experience

 

Education and Experience

?            Bachelor or above degree

?            3+ years of successful experience in sales and business development from leading companies

?            Experience with sales operation, route-to-market and channel development is highly preferred

?            Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

?            Good market sense and good selling skill

?            Consumer goods and baby industry knowledge is preferred

?            Understand Route-to-Market Development

?            Understand Trade Customer Management

?            Basic Marketing, Shopper Insight and Financial Knowledge

?            Good Spoken and Written in English and Mandarin
