ABOUT THE JOB AND YOU
Key Accountabilities of Role
1. Independently design and develop Paeds Consumer Engagement Model across all channels (incl. Aptaclub; wechat; Kidswant; EC flagship store and etc).
2. Define direct to consumer strategy and lead relative DTC campaigns, both to recruit new and improve retention.
3. Zero-based build Paeds Consumer Data across online and offline. Generate business indication based on data, getting insights on consumer behavior.
4. Collaborate with Brand marketing; KA; EC and Trade marketing to connect the consumer flow and generate value.
5. Digitalize CRM engagement and deploy pioneering technologies such as AI.
6. Key projects management, to handle multi-activities in the meantime and ensure the results.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree (or above)
2. Minimum of 10 years with at least 5-year marketing experience in Health Care or IMF companies
3. Experience in direct-to-consumer and social marketing
4. Sensitive on Privacy regulation and compliance.
5. Strong personality on getting people together to move forward.
6. Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
7. Fluent English in listening, speaking and writing
8. Proactive, innovative, self-motivative and teamwork
